• Marketing list: if you book a table, send a message, or chat with us and share your name, email, and/or phone number, we may keep that contact information on a simple contact list for marketing purposes (for example, letting you know about new dishes or promotions). You can ask us to remove you from this list at any time — see Section 5.

We do not collect payment or financial information through this website — we don't currently offer online ordering or payment.

2. How We Use It

• To respond to bookings and enquiries.
• To operate the Sumi chat widget, which may use a third-party AI service to help generate responses, grounded only in our menu and site information.
